• Nominations will only be accepted via the online nomination system and must be received by midnight on Friday 29th September 2017.

• Entries cannot be amended after the submission deadline.

• Each category will be judged blind (all identifiable names etc are removed from entries so they are completely anonymous) by an independent panel of judges.

• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• All finalists should be available to attend the award ceremony on Saturday 18th November 2017 and will each be issued with 1x free ticket to the event. If someone is announced as a finalist after they have already bought a ticket, the price of their ticket will be refunded.

 General Entry Guidance:

• Please note that when you have reached the number of characters permitted for each section, it will not allow you type any more. These limits must be adhered to and no additional pages/emails will be accepted.

• Entries will be judged on quality rather than quantity, so please read the guidance for each category and try and give good reasons and examples to answer each question. One well thought out detailed entry tells the judges far more than 10 vague entries with a single sentence in each box.

• If you have any technical problems completing your entry, please contact Sarah in the HCA office on: 023 80255794 between 9am-1pm.
